Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to RBTs and other team members
Review and interpret client data to make data-driven clinical decisions and adjust programming as needed
Train and guide parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, funding source requirements, and BTS policies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
