Responsibilities

Review and negotiate a high volume of sell-side NDAs for investment banks, often while managing multiple processes simultaneously

Advise on and draft negotiation parameters for bank’s counsel to review and approve - helping to successfully kick off the process, and set a professional tone for negotiations to come

Consistently learn and adopt new technologies and features within Ontra’s software that help reduce contract turnaround time and drive efficiencies in the contract review and negotiation process

Directly engage with in-house legal teams at financial services companies and serve as their trusted legal advisor for their contract negotiations

Operate within Ontra’s software throughout the negotiating process, enabling clients to receive data-driven solutions for their document processing needs and remain informed every step of the way
