Design and implement growth experiments across our entire product funnel from acquisition to activation
Build cross-product features like billing systems, onboarding flows, and signup optimization tools
Develop growth strategies and measurement frameworks to guide experimentation and evaluate success
Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights
Create tools and systems that enable better user onboarding and engagement across products
Growth initiatives that span marketing, product, and engineering
Qualification
Required
Have engineering experience with comfort across the entire tech stack
Have b2b sales or consulting experience with significant past impact
Are entrepreneurially minded and can work independently to identify and solve growth opportunities
Have product and design intuition to create user-facing features that drive engagement
Preferred
Have founder or startup experience and understand the full business context
Are skilled at data analysis and can craft hypotheses, measure significance, and interpret results
Have GTM experience
Are curious and scrappy with a willingness to learn as needed
