They are seeking a Senior Director of Tax Equity Financing in Capital Markets to source, structure, and execute debt and equity financings while mentoring junior staff and liaising with investors and financial institutions.

Tax equity financings: Source, structure, execute, monitor
Debt and financing: Execute third party opportunities
Capital structures: Lead In investment options and forecasting
Capital markets keep pace latest market updates
Potential investors / financing sources: work closely to Create customized presentations and proposals
Deal negotiations: Participate in multi-faceted, complex with potential partners
Work closely with CEO & CFO define, prioritize key opportunities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Tax equity financing, Finance, Accounting, capital markets, or investment management
Experience sourcing, structuring, executing debt and equity financings
Ability to mentor junior staff
Experience liaising with investors, lenders, and financial institutions
Strong understanding of capital structures and investment options
Ability to keep pace with the latest market updates in capital markets
Experience creating customized presentations and proposals for potential investors and financing sources
Experience participating in complex deal negotiations with potential partners
Ability to work closely with CEO and CFO to define and prioritize key opportunities
