Responsibilities
Create support graphics for reports and team meetings
Draft alignment sheets, site plans, grading, and elevations
Perform CAD drafting and design in line with company standards
Support assembly and review of construction plans for bid accuracy
Provide CAD/BIM modeling and quantity takeoff support
Manage and coordinate SketchUp and Revit models
Collaborate with estimators and project managers on design elements
Assist with Revit training and ongoing team support
Meet deadlines and maintain punctuality
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related drafting/technical training
2+ years of experience with SketchUp, TEKLA, Revit, and AutoCAD
Interest in a long-term career in estimating and BIM modeling
Strong basic math skills and familiarity with scale rulers
Understanding of construction and design fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM software
