Responsibilities

Portal Design & Deployment: Architect and implement a unified API developer portal using platforms such as SwaggerHub, Redoc, or GitHub Pages—supporting modular documentation aligned with product and domain-specific API subsets

API Documentation Ownership: Write, maintain, and publish OpenAPI specifications, usage tutorials, onboarding guides, and integration how-tos for internal and external developers

Content Governance & Quality Control: Establish and enforce documentation style guides, reusable templates, and governance checklists to ensure API documentation across teams remains consistent, compliant, and up-to-date

Developer Enablement & Tooling: Enable real-time testing via "Try It Out" API consoles, SDK generation, and build sample applications or Postman collections to accelerate adoption and integration

Feedback & Iterative Improvement: Actively engage with developers and internal stakeholders to collect feedback, track documentation pain points, and continuously evolve the portal and content experience
