Responsibilities
Build and maintain an inventory of digital tasks and initiatives aligned with enterprise goals, customizing data structures to meet evolving organizational requirements
Develop and support an integrated digital roadmap using proven frameworks, including measurable milestones to track progress toward digital transformation goals
Apply digital acquisition and engineering methodologies and tools across programs, ensuring alignment with mission and operational objectives
Evaluate digital solutions and provide strategic recommendations that enhance program performance, data integration, and decision-making
Contribute to enterprise digital and data strategy development, ensuring consistency and alignment across cross-functional teams
Support the design and execution of change management programs that enable successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with program leaders to embed digital engineering practices into workflows, documentation, and performance metrics
Conduct stakeholder and gap analyses to inform and refine digital strategies and modernization plans
Stay current on digital trends and best practices to ensure digital strategies remain forward-leaning and competitive
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Minimum 3 years relevant experience supporting space oriented, Air Force, or space research programs
Experience with solution evaluation, program management services, digital and data strategy formulation, roadmap design
Experience with change management program design and implementation
Certification and training in records management related to the Defense Travel System
Demonstrates ability to process, receive, track, coordinate, and store large volumes of program-critical information
Experienced in leading projects facilitating human resources, training, administrative actions, critical staffing actions, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to deliver products
Demonstrates ability to coordinate and organize multiple geographically separated team members
Preferred
Ability to communicate succinctly across multiple levels within an organization
