Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation and management of project execution in collaboration with our account leaders and local technical teams. Continual refinement of project execution strategies based on program successes and challenges encountered
Contribute to innovative approaches and lead development of value propositions to accelerate growth of our water/wastewater offering and look at continuous process improvements to enhance Arcadis’ offerings to the market and to further meet the needs of our clients and the future challenges that they experience
Responsible for preparation of project scope of services, work plans, project budgets and schedules and delegation of work tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project teams
Past experience in utilizing digital tools and data analysis to drive prioritization and decision making
Demonstrated ability to provide technical mentoring to technical staff as they support project execution activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering
Professional Engineering license in Ohio, with ability to be licensed in other states
10+ years of experience in consulting engineering/ detailed design project delivery
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project teams
Past experience in utilizing digital tools and data analysis to drive prioritization and decision making
Demonstrated ability to provide technical mentoring to technical staff as they support project execution activities
Self-motivated and flexible with the ability and desire to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously with strong organizational, digital analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven interpersonal and relationship skills with demonstrated success recruiting, mentoring, and motivating junior staff in technical career tracks
Personnel leadership ambition and dependable and eager to take ownership of tasks
