Parts Associate II

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, loading and unloading trucks
Handle technician calls, walk up inquiries, email requests and inquiries
Follow safety and warehouse policies and protocols
Provide sales and service to customers and technicians by handling phone calls, emails and walk in inquires and requests
Provide quotes and place parts orders for customers and technicians
Assist technicians and customers by locating and pulling parts and resolving other inquiries or requests
Deliver products to customer sites, as needed
Check in cores and initiate returns to the correct vendor
Locate service manuals for technicians and customers
Assist with annual inventory, stock orders, and consignment inventory
Check in received parts and ship requested parts to the appropriate location
Process Vendor Invoicing and posting any Freight to workorders associated
Maintain Doc center when needed
View back-order file and order as needed
Invoice orders signed off on and delivered
Maintain WIP
Generate manufactures returns for all parts not needed

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma, or equivalent
Customer Service – ability to provide a high level of service to customers, building relationships, and acting as an internal company advocate
Team Orientation & Interpersonal – ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within, and external to, the organization
Communication – ability to effectively express self verbally and in writing with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers
Organization & Time Management – ability to work independently with minimal supervision in planning and organizing schedule to complete actions within established deadlines; ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications

Preferred

Microsoft Office applications experience preferred
Mechanical ability preferred
Forklift experience preferred
