C2 Training, Exercise and Stan/Eval Subject Matter Expert
Goldbelt Hawk, LLC is seeking a C2 Training, Exercise and Stan/Eval Subject Matter Expert to support the 612th Air Operations Center at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The role involves managing the IQT program, developing and executing various training programs in accordance with higher headquarters guidance, and providing analysis and recommendations for training improvements.

Responsibilities
Assist with analysis and evaluation of AOC training and stan/eval programs in accordance (IAW) HHQ governing AFIs, AFTTPs on AOC operations, and 612 AOC guidance, and provides products and advice on recommendations for improvement
Assist in developing training requirements to support mission readiness for the AOC
Participate as an AOC SME in training, exercises and test events as designated by 612 AOC
Assists in identifying unit training shortfalls, conducts trends analysis and provide results to AOC training office leadership in a timely manner, and if directed, to senior unit leadership and higher headquarters (HHQ) Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR)
Assist with development and execution of a stan/eval program for AOC crewmembers to include initial/mission qualification, instructor qualification, additional certifications, regressions to non-combat mission ready (NCMR) and unqualified, and requalification's IAW HHQ governing AFIs, AFTTPS on AOC operations and 612 AOC governing directives
Assist the unit in preparing for HHQ Unit Compliance (UCI) and Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI)
Assist in documenting and tracking training and stan/eval IAW governing AFIs and 612 AOC guidance
Assist in development and maintenance of training records for all assigned/attached AOC crewmembers and augmentees per governing AFIs and 612 AOC training guidance
Assists with review, analysis, and feedback on Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), Unit Type Code (UTC), and Unit Manning Document (UMD) issues as required
Assist with identifying and publishing 612 AOC divisional, team and positional training requirements and processes to be exercised during training events and exercises as required
When directed, participate in training, experiment, or test events designated by the 612 AOC
Assist with development and validate field designed scenarios and associated exercise and training materials
Assist in development of and execution of Training Objectives and Mission Scenario Event Lists (MSELs) for exercises and/or training scenarios
When directed, participate in meetings, planning conferences, working groups, and review boards
Assist with or lead post exercise review sessions and document, maintain, and track 612 AOC After Action items until they are resolved
Serve as an AOC SME/trainer and participate in exercise control cells
Assist as a SME/trainer for AOC simulation equipment including Command and Control Weapon System Part Task Trainer or any other AOC approved simulation capability
Perform as trainers of AOC personnel during two (2) Continental United States (CONUS) and (1) Outside of Continental United States (OCONUS) exercises per year
Participate in Staff Assist Visits to other AOCs to improve training and exercise program management
Qualification
Required
Capable of working independently
Capable of conducting formal instruction (platform, demonstration/performance, one on one training and mentoring)
Fully skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook e-mail systems
Able to review training and exercise plans, AFIs and joint publications with the purpose of incorporating them into unit training and stan/eval programs
Bachelor's degree in any field is required. The Government may substitute an associate's degree and 5 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience in AOCs for required educational qualifications
Graduation from a DOD Pilot, Navigator, Air Battle Manager, Intelligence Officer/Enlisted training courses or other C2 specialist course
Familiar with AOC Weapon System and AOC operational training and stan/eval requirements and minimum three years of experience working in an AOC as an AOC crewmember required
Experience participating in AOC exercises or operations
Possess a minimum of a US SECRET security clearance at contract award and be eligible for US TOP SECRET/SCI and NATO Secret, within six months of contract award
