Responsibilities
Supervise a compassionate team providing community-based, in-home outreach to individuals who are hesitant or resistant to traditional mental health services
Build your leadership foundation while continuing to use your clinical skills
Provide mobile outreach and engagement throughout San Diego County for adults living with serious mental illness who are resistant to services
Serve as the gatekeeper to Telecare’s Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program, assessing individuals under Laura’s Law and linking them to the care they need
Qualification
Required
Current California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
1+ year of leadership or mentor experience OR completion of supervisory training within 6 months
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance (driving required)
Willingness to use personal or company vehicle for community outreach
