Responsibilities
Designing and implementing new manufacturing processes, optimizing existing ones, and improving overall production efficiency
Managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinating resources
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing production data for quality issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards
Selecting, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, ensuring it is operating effectively
Identifying opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs, optimizing material usage, and improving production efficiency
Providing technical expertise to other departments, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting the manufacturing team
Working with other engineers, designers, and production personnel to optimize the entire manufacturing process
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment
Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production
Designing and implementing new manufacturing processes, optimizing existing ones, and improving overall production efficiency
Managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinating resources
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing production data for quality issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards
