Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Manage small to medium-sized urban landscape projects from concept through construction documentation and administration
Develop and refine design concepts, including sketches, 3D models, and presentation materials
Perform construction administration duties, including site visits and contractor coordination
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas
Contribute to the firm's digital design workflow, utilizing and exploring new technologies and software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design from an accredited program
3-5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or urban design, with a focus on urban projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks (within three months) and Adobe Creative Suite
Adept at developing digital 3D landscape architectural models (Within Rhino or Revit is preferred), including developing final renderings in Lumion or Enscape
Solid understanding of landscape construction materials and methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Professional Landscape Architectural license or on track to obtain licensure within two years
Familiarity with the use of Revit to develop construction documentation
Experience in computational analysis for data-informed decision making
Horticulture knowledge and plant communities
Experience with community engagement and participatory design processes
Experience working with the application of AI platforms to landscape architecture
