Responsibilities

Conducting thorough inspections and evaluations of services performed to guarantee compliance with our exceptional standards
Collaborating closely with the daytime management team to share insights and improve processes
Addressing client feedback with a proactive attitude, ensuring resolutions are implemented swiftly
Implementing and refining quality control procedures to continuously enhance our offerings

Required

A high school diploma is required; additional education or certifications in quality assurance or facility management are a plus
Proven experience in janitorial quality assurance
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with team members and clients
Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions
Familiarity with janitorial industry standards and cleaning procedures
Tech-savvy with experience in quality management software and MS Office applications
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and quality service
