Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution under the supervision of partners

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda of law

Take and defend depositions, including of parties, witnesses, and experts

Appear in court for hearings, status conferences, and motion arguments

Assist in trial preparation and participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations as needed

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Stay current on developments in commercial and business litigation law
