Responsibilities
Building, maintaining, and operating the cutting-edge infrastructure that powers the cloud
Guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations
Developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime
Serving as the key point of contact for all on-site activities, responding to technical emergencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical infrastructure
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data center operations
2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Demonstrated experience with data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems
Proficiency with the Linux Operating System
Experience using data center management tools and software
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Network+)
