They are currently seeking a full-time Teacher Assistant to support their team at the Richmond campus for the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on curriculum implementation and fostering communication with parents and the community.

Responsibilities
Implementing the approved curriculum. Providing proper pacing guides, lesson plans, and assessments for assigned courses
Working closely with other teammates to develop teaching skills
Participating in productive discussions including team planning meetings and sharing curriculum and instructional expertise
Engaging in offered professional development opportunities
Acting in a professional manner in verbal and nonverbal communications while following established guidelines
Promoting communication between parents, community members and teammates, and working to establish and maintain home-school connections
Assisting in providing opportunities for parental/guardian involvement within the school
Qualification
Required
High energy and organized with a passion for teaching children
Education degree
Preferred
Direct Instruction or other teaching experience
