Responsibilities

Designs and integrates generation, controls, and medium/high‑voltage systems for BTM power plants
Produces engineering deliverables, including calculations, one‑lines, protection settings, P&IDs, specifications, and IFC packages
Plans and supports testing and commissioning, analyzes results, and closes punch items to meet start‑up targets
Anticipates stakeholder needs, frames requirements, and recommends options with clear trade‑offs
Improves products and processes by interpreting business and technical constraints and applying lessons learned
Collaborates with Operations, Safety, and Project Controls to maintain compliance and targeted training plans
Champions procedures and safety standards in design reviews, vendor meetings, and field activities
Tracks cost and schedule for assigned engineering scopes and manages vendor deliverables and resources
Prepares and delivers clear technical presentations to leaders, partners, and clients
May supervise the work of others on specific tasks or work packages
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
A minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry for Engineer II
A minimum of four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry for Engineer III
A minimum of eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry for Engineer Sr
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry for Engineer Staff
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
Project Management experience
