Responsibilities
Design Targeted Campaigns: Build and launch account-based marketing programs for finance buyers at midmarket industrial companies
Experiment Offline: Test and scale non-digital tactics such as direct mail, high-touch gifting, and conference follow-up kits
Partner with Sales: Collaborate on targeted outreach programs that increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
Measure What Matters: Stand up marketing analytics and attribution systems to track ROI and channel performance
Reach the Unreachable: Create campaigns designed for a non-digital-native audience, tailoring messaging and delivery to meet CFOs where they are
Qualification
Required
Have led demand generation at a B2B startup or scaled midmarket organization
Know how to generate revenue without relying solely on gated content or paid social ads
Have experience marketing to operational or financial buyers in traditional industries
Are analytical, creative, and scrappy — comfortable testing, iterating, and operating with limited resources
Are comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to speed execution and improve targeting
