Responsibilities

Track ad hoc and routine reports from initial request through closure, providing regular status updates

Coordinate and facilitate events such as Council of Colonels (CoC) and 1- & 2-Star General Officer Steering Committee (GOSC) meetings

Assist with weekly staff calendars, suspense status reports, and Official Visitor Bulletins

Support special projects and assignments for the Command group

Coordinate with subordinate Program Offices for support to demonstrations and briefings

Participate in senior leader calendar reviews for event and data call synchronization

Coordinate with external agencies for senior-level (GO/FO/SES) summits in support of ASA(ALT) and PEO CNT requirements

Document processes for data calls, RFIs, and strategic planning events

Assist in updating and managing Operations processes

Attend meetings to support operational requirements

Perform other duties as assigned
