DMSMS Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead DMSMS assessments to identify parts obsolescence and forecast supportability issues across multiple configurations and system builds
Track OEM end-of-life (EOL) notices and manage supplier communications
Advise engineering and supply chain teams on component substitutions and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure DMSMS considerations are integrated into early-stage designs for new systems
Support proactive parts management and technology forecasting
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sustainment teams to ensure continuity of system support
Contribute to the development of long-term sustainment strategies
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related technical field, or a combination of equivalent professional or military training and experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in DMSMS analysis, logistics engineering, obsolescence management, or a related field
Strong understanding of OEM support structures, warranty, and lifecycle support processes
Experience working within DoD sustainment environments or supporting complex defense systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred

10+ years of relevant experience, especially in defense, aerospace, or government environments
Advanced knowledge of system lifecycle management, parts forecasting, and supplier engagement strategies
Certifications in logistics, sustainment, or program management (e.g., DAU, ASCM, PMP)
Active TS/SCI
