Responsibilities

Perform engineering design and production of roadway projects for public agencies including Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Maricopa County, and others. ADOT project experience is preferred

Prepare construction document deliverables including plans, specifications, and estimates

Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget

Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm

Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery

Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff

Participate in strategic business planning for our Arizona operations, development of client relationship assignments, and assessment of new business opportunities

Represent B&N in meetings

Monitor project performance indicators, including schedules and budgets
