Manage litigation files independently and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients both through in-court litigation and negotiation

Required

Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school

3-5 years experience in general commercial law and litigation with a focus on insolvency matters, including consumer and commercial collections, contract and business disputes, liquidations, workouts, reorganizations, and secured lending

Admission in New York (or ability to waive in) required

High level organization skills for prioritizing workload

Demonstrated ability to absorb, process and understand new information rapidly

Experience with online research sites

Excellent research skills and written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel as needed

Must be able to manage competing priorities

Must maintain high standards of performance

Must have experience with online filing and research sites

Must exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
