Responsibilities

Partnering with users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements through the discovery process, including conducting interviews, discussions, and other user research methods
Facilitating brainstorming sessions and generating diverse range of innovative ideas and concepts
Creating information architecture, wireframes and clickable prototypes to visualize and validate ideas and gather user feedback
Collaborating with developers to create a final product that aligns with design specifications and Apple accessibility standards and design systems

Required

Professional experience in user-centered design with hands-on experience throughout the process, from user research to developing prototypes and collaborating on product development
A strong design portfolio highlighting the design process to solve business problems
Proficiency in using Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and similar design tools
Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline such as, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction design, or equivalent experience

Preferred

3+ years of hands-on experience of designing enterprise-grade applications
Strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies
Experience in facilitating user interviews, and design workshops
Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and data visualization techniques
Basic understanding of visual design principles like color theory, typography, and layout
Ability to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders
A good understanding of the Apple design aesthetics, HI guidelines, and standards is plus
