Responsibilities
Lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and facilitating collaboration to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and contribute to the architecture and design of applications
Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Android applications that meet coding standards, performance benchmarks, and user experience expectations
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Android development
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Android development
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Android developer with a track record of delivering successful Android applications
Strong expertise in Java and Kotlin programming languages
Extensive knowledge of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and device screen sizes
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of external APIs
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment
