Responsibilities
Bioinformatics analysis of genetic, genomics, epigenetic datasets associated with kidney disease development
Working with collaborators and being part of the Penn/CHOP Kidney Innovation Center to facilitate collaborative efforts
Responsible for primary data analysis and publish and present results
Mentorship will also be provided for grant application and independent faculty position application
Qualification
Required
Expertise in the specific area of human genetics, including statistical genetics, computational biology, pharmacogenetics/genomics, functional genomics, genome editing, structural variation analysis, kidney genetics
Familiarity with studies addressing translational genomic medicine
Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree
