Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer with extensive experience in performance tuning of Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex Oracle-based solutions to support high-volume enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
Perform advanced performance tuning of PL/SQL code, queries, and database structures
Analyze and refactor poorly performing database code and provide recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with DBAs, application developers, and system architects to implement best practices for performance and scalability
Utilize tools like AWR, ASH, SQL Trace, and SQL Plan Baselines to monitor and enhance performance
Hands on with Informatica ETL work flows

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
5+ years of experience in Informatica ETL work flows
Deep expertise in performance tuning Oracle packages and SQL queries (Oracle 12c/19c/21c)
Strong understanding of Oracle internals, execution plans, indexing, partitioning, and optimizer behavior
Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, AWR, ASH, TKPROF, SQL Trace, and Oracle Enterprise Manager

Preferred

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification
Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments
Experience with performance tuning in cloud-based Oracle environments
