Responsibilities

Aggressive Lead Generation & Closure: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new multi-family development projects on a national scale
Leverage Existing Relationships: Utilize a deep and established network within the multi-family development and investment community to drive immediate sales and exceed targets
Strategic Growth & Market Penetration: Develop and execute a national business development strategy to position our firm as the go-to owner's representative
Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, high-value relationships with key clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and a steady pipeline of repeat business
Market Expertise: Stay ahead of national market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage
High-Impact Collaboration: Work closely with our executive and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from a closed deal to a successful project execution

Required

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a clear ability to close deals efficiently
A hunter mentality, a self-starter attitude, and a relentless focus on results
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field
