Identify and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Develop the future leaders of Snowflake by providing continuous mentorship, coaching, and growth opportunities

Deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations, drive business growth, and make a meaningful impact on our industry
Qualification
Required
10+ years industry experience designing, building and supporting large scale systems in production
3+ years experience in managing a group of junior and senior engineers
Demonstrated track record of leading the Site Reliability Engineering or Production Engineering Teams
Demonstrated track record of building, growing and leading technical teams
Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence to ensure reliable software delivery meeting high quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with internal customers and establish solid, collaborative partnerships with engineers, non-technical team members, and executives
Strong problem solving skills and background in coding
BS / MS in Computer Science or related fields
