Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients, primarily delivery workers, to introduce and sell our ebike solutions. Achieve a goal of 30 sales in the first month and maintain an average of 60 sales per month thereafter
Provide in-field training, teach sales techniques, mentor team members for continuous growth
Oversee daily team operations, create schedules, coach team members, and improve sales processes
Generate sales and performance reports, analyze key metrics, and communicate insights to your manager
Create briefs for designers and coordinate the distribution of materials with your team

Required

Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
Experience leading a team, setting goals, coaching, and managing performance
Ability to train new hires, improve sales techniques, and provide ongoing support
Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and proactive
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Confident in presenting products and closing sales
Familiarity with the delivery industry and e-bike market
Legally authorized to work in the US
