As a Sales Representative, you'll engage directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar energy, identify qualified prospects, and guide them through the process of making the switch to clean energy.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in assigned territories through door-to-door canvasing, referrals, and networking
Educate potential customers about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
Present and explain product offerings to potential customers, tailoring your approach to their specific needs
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, and financing options

Qualification

Required

Strong interest in sales, particularly in a direct sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Previous experience in door to door or canvassing preferred but not required
Basic understanding of solar energy is a plus but not required
bachelor's degree is a plus
