The role involves monitoring costs, preparing variance analysis reports, and coordinating with various teams to ensure cost accuracy.

Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing manufacturing costs, subcontracting costs, logistics, and duty costs
Monitor actual costs versus standard costs and budgets, and prepare variance analysis reports
Support monthly cost reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget preparation
Assist with inventory cost tracking and cost reduction initiatives
Coordinate with factory, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure cost accuracy
Support internal and external audits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Open to candidates who require work sponsorship (OPT/CPT/H1B)
Preferred
Mandarin speaking is highly preferred due to frequent communication with teams in Asia
