Responsibilities
Ownership of commercials and profitability for existing and prospective clients through pricing and cost analysis
Supporting segment-level governance for monitoring client satisfaction, approving client change, and reviewing operational risk events
Working with Sales to conduct strategic engagement roadmaps and wallet-sizing for client segments
Partnering with Product Development to drive required investment funding and working to define and close perceived or actual product gaps
Overseeing delivery of key business transformation projects as needed, focused on increasing profitability and controls
Supporting key franchise client discussions regarding current and target state Custody capabilities
Driving product innovation to influence long-term product direction and future strategy
Qualification
Required
Excellent data skills, with experience handling large, complex datasets
Strong commercial sense, with an understanding of P&L drivers for the firm and for the Securities Services business
Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients
Strong desire to take accountability for strategic deliverables and ability to act as an effective team player in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
Experience of legal and commercial negotiations, a plus
Experience in the Securities Services business, a plus
