The role involves leading the development of novel algorithms for Large Language Model training and collaborating with Applied Scientists on fine tuning experiments and prototypes.

Responsibilities
Will work with other team engineers to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
Work closely with Applied scientists to process data, scale machine learning models while optimizing
Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules
Qualification
Required
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
