Responsibilities

Manage auto-generated requests to prepare illustrations for policy issuance

Input data within the system to generate and upload the appropriate illustrations

Receive, catalog, and track the progress of illustration requests

Identify system related issues and provide possible solutions; elevate to leadership as necessary

Ensure sales and distribution teams are kept current on the status of requests

Collaborate on special projects, workflow optimization, and improvement efforts

Required

General office or data entry experience

Life and health license (or obtain within six months of hire)

Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

Proficient using MS Office

Preferred

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry

Familiarity with policy illustration systems and processes
