Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2C collections specialists to meet and exceed recovery targets
Monitor daily collections activities and provide guidance on handling delinquent accounts
Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and bad debt
Analyze collection data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
Collaborate with customer service, legal, and finance departments to resolve complex cases
Ensure all collection efforts comply with FDCPA, FCRA, and other applicable laws and regulations
Identify trends and proactively implement process improvements to enhance collection success
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of B2C collections experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of consumer debt collection practices and regulatory compliance
