Responsibilities

Monitor real-time production system operations and status, including website performance for end users, disk space, memory utilization, and other critical elements impacting end user experience
Collect and enter reliability data and monitor performance of Naval systems
Execute data changes and update core systems as needed
Ensuring data is received from external sources
Verifying quality of the data received for abnormal or unexpected values, missing records which are expected, unexpected or duplicate records, format changes, of other quality issues which impact data end-points
Create system accounts and grant system access
Perform Tier 1 help desk duties

Qualification

US Navy Systems knowledgeDoD SECRET Security ClearanceRelevant DegreeCommunication skillsIndependent work ability

Required

Knowledge of US Navy Systems and information
Relevant Degree
3+ years of Experience (degree can be substituted with 4 additional years of direct experience for a total of 7 years)
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
Must be able to work independently and perform without errors
Must be US Citizen
Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance
