Director/ExecutiveBluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a Director of Youth Therapeutic Respite Programs to lead the Youth Therapeutic Respite Program across multiple locations. Responsibilities
Direct supervision and support of the unit managers
Ensuring compliance with all applicable standards, administrative rules, contract requirements, certification standards and billing guidelines. Monitors reports, implements plans of improvement, informs and updates policy and procedure, supports the capturing of outcomes data
Assures effective management of program operations, client care and safety and a harmonious milieu
Manages and monitors an operations budget for each facility and implements strategies to increase productivity, revenue and reduce expenses in order to achieve balanced budgets
Assists in the development of an effective sustainability plan
Oversight of all associated contracts and subcontracts
Oversight and enhancement of a 24/7 therapeutic, person centered and trauma informed treatment program for all populations served
Assures operations support the health, safety and wellbeing of all residents, staff and visitors
Assures timely access to admission for all eligible referrals
Is responsive to inquiries, comments, complaints, questions and requests for information
Coordinates with other programs, providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualification
Required
