They are seeking a Senior Process Excellence Manager to support business process improvement efforts, including process analysis, new process design, implementation, and project management.

Responsibilities

Assist with establishing detailed project plans, monitor project performance, raise issues and concerns, establish performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor improvement impacts

Provide regular updates on process improvement projects to key project stakeholders across the organization as required

Serve as a key project team member and support business process improvement projects from conceptualization through implementation by working closely with the project team, business unit leaders and IT (as necessary)

Serve as liaison between business units and IT for business process improvement projects to help establish business requirements and functional specifications
