Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand ASI's presence in the construction technology sector
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with OEMs, end users, and integrators to drive product adoption
Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and technical requirements in logistics environments
Manage the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to contract closure-using ASI's CRM tools
Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns, collateral, and demos with customer needs and market trends
Deliver compelling, ROI-focused presentations tailored to executive and technical stakeholders
Represent ASI at trade shows, conferences, and technical demos to increase brand awareness and generate leads

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in B2B sales in industrial, mining, and/or load and haul fields
Proven track record of developing new business, closing complex deals, and managing strategic accounts
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both executive and technical audiences
Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal structuring, and long-term relationship building
Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
Familiarity with robotics, autonomy, or logistics vehicle technology is strongly preferred
Skilled in using CRM platforms for sales tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively across multiple initiatives
Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and site visits
