Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced attorneys to prepare and litigate consumer protection cases
Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents supporting client claims
Conduct and defend depositions, including clients, witnesses, and experts
Participate in hearings, oral arguments, and case strategy discussions
Support trial preparation and assist with courtroom proceedings
Engage in client meetings and help guide them through the legal process
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to client advocacy and collaborative teamwork
Proficiency with legal research tools and technology
