Responsibilities
Serve as second-in-command to the Project Manager, assuming full operational authority during their absence
Supervise daily meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for RCTA students, NETC students, and NAS military personnel
Assist in managing contingency and emergency feeding operations
Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
Three (3) years of experience as a unit manager or assistant manager
Three (3) years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher (warrant/commissioned officer experience acceptable as management)
High school diploma or equivalent
Sanitation and food safety certification within the past four (4) years or ability to obtain before contract start
