Responsibilities
Assess and analyze customer manufacturing systems, network infrastructure, and process flow; recommend OT network segmentation and architecture improvements
Ensure system readiness through backup/disaster recovery validation, patch management (testing and deployment), and preventive maintenance
Monitor and troubleshoot network/system infrastructure, perform cybersecurity checks (endpoint protection, firewall, access controls), and resolve recurring issues through root cause analysis
Configure and manage secure remote access; maintain accurate documentation for licenses, assets, warranties, and contribute to KPI reporting
Ability to lead technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience with patch management/testing for industrial software, network monitoring tools, and OT networking concepts (VLANs, switch configuration, bandwidth monitoring)
Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and practices; ability to interpret OT network diagrams and support segmentation planning
Experience with asset tracking, warranty coordination, and secure remote access technologies (VPNs, session auditing)
Clear and professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Work effectively under pressure with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactively recognize and escalate concerns with urgency
Preferred
Deploy to customer sites, sometimes with short notice, for emergency plant support, installations, and commissioning
Troubleshoot industrial machines, electrical systems, PLC logic (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric), and SCADA/HMI systems (AVEVA/Wonderware, Rockwell, WinCC) both onsite and remotely
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, and/or ISA/IEC 62443 highly preferred
3+ years in industrial controls, OT networking, or related field
