Responsibilities
Answer incoming legal intake calls with care and urgency
Qualify leads and book consults with attorneys
Accurately log call and lead information
Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails
Review case data to improve quality and operations
Support documentation and call optimization projects
Collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders
Meet and exceed performance and conversion goals
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor on all calls
Help continuously improve systems and processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of legal intake experience required
Plaintiff-side law firm experience required
High-volume calls (at least 15-20 IB per day or 50 OB calls per day) experience required
50+ WPM typing speed required
