Interim CIO
Largeton Group is seeking an Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the IT function for a newly-acquired regional network service provider during a critical integration period. The role involves assessing the current IT environment, developing an integration plan, and optimizing IT operations to support the company's expansion and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities
Lead IT function for a newly-acquired regional network service provider (~500 employees, $150M revenue) being integrated with the acquiring company (~150 employees, $35M revenue)
Guide the organization through the post-acquisition transition period
Assess current IT environment, including people, processes, and technology; identify gaps and areas for improvement
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT integration plan
Oversee and monitor integration activities to ensure alignment and progress
Stabilize and optimize IT operations and services for the combined organization
Support the company’s goals of expanding market footprint and optimizing operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a senior IT leader (CIO or similar), ideally in the telecommunications industry
Demonstrated expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on post-acquisition IT integrations
Strong ability to assess, plan, and manage IT operations during organizational transitions
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
