Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation of functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project
Understand and apply industry-specific best practices & standards
Establish a level of expertise in the business areas, systems and platforms being supported
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Ansible, familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a plus
Frameworks: Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies
Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Communication Skills: Adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4 Foundation, or equivalent
