Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading distributor of engineered valves, instruments, and pumps. They are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow their territory by developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

Grow your territory by bringing in new business and developing repeat business relationships within existing accounts

Call on engineers, maintenance and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach

Required

Outside sales experience within the industrial fields

Knowledgeable with valves, pumps, instrumentation; flow control products is a bonus!

Ability to establish rapport building solid relationships at all levels of customer organizations

Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory

Mechanical aptitude

Computer skills and Profit 21 is a plus!

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement
