Sr. Project Engineer - Healthcare

Responsibilities
Coordinate the progression of trades and design-field staff
Participate in Owner/Architect/contractor meetings
Follow projects from commencing of construction to occupancy by end users
Oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality
Provide support to the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline
7+ years of project related experience
Good working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Preferred
Experience with healthcare construction sites (OSHPD1, OSHPD3, HCAI)
