Responsibilities
Responsible for generating and ensuring all project information is correct and timely
Create the preliminary schedule for each project
Perform project setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and the preliminary budget
Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals
Manage an organized and accurate takeoff for each project
Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational teams to develop a comprehensive project plan
Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary
Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget
Create change orders based on a clear understanding of customer expectations
Execute a detailed closeout of each project
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and communication skills
5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor
Experience with structural concrete projects
Familiarity with a variety of project types, particularly in Commercial/Industrial
Knowledge of construction principles and practices, particularly for projects exceeding $1 million
Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required
