Qualification
Required
Degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related field
Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
Clear, metacognitive communication skills
Preferred
Expertise in phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial expressions, and cultural references
Experience with advanced language models
Ability to document failure modes and suggest improvements
